The Anzisha Prize aims to substantially increase the number of job-generating entrepreneurs in Africa. The initiative believes a crucial approach involves assessing, implementing, and sharing models for identifying, training, and connecting highly promising young entrepreneurs (aged 15 to 22) – along with their parents and teachers. This ensures better collective success among organizations, creating a pipeline of entrepreneurs with scalable capabilities.

In this edition, the Anzisha Prize application season highlights the significant influence of entrepreneurship in shaping African societies, with a specific focus on green entrepreneurship. The 2023/24 cohort will welcome 29 outstanding applicants.

By participating in the Anzisha Prize, these entrepreneurs not only stand a chance to win a portion of the substantial cash prizes exceeding US$60,000 but also gain valuable practical support for their businesses.
